Saamarthya Yog Event in Ratlam.

During Sanskar Shivir Organised in Shubham School Ratlam HH Ram Matashri addressed the students and teachers.
On 20th Nov. 2019 the Principal Mrs Rekha Trivedi welcomed HH Ram Matashri and introduced her to the gathering . A brief description on projects of RSYPT was also given. 

Ram Matashri told the students importance of Conentration  or "Ekagrata".Practical tips  of Saamarthya Yog were taught to them that would help in developing better Concentration. She also told the importance of "Vairagya" and how one could become pure in mind, body and thoughts.
